House Cleaning
How to Keep House While Drowning by KC Davis, LPC
One of the things I love about this book is that the mindset the author expresses for housecleaning as a way to care for yourself and figure out what really works rather than out of shame or to be "good enough." This mindset is great to generalize to other areas of one's life where one would like to see growth.

The Oddcast
This podcast can be an acquired taste or not everyone's cup of tea due to eccentricity, but after a few episodes I was hooked. It's quirky, funny, thoughtful, and positive.
